We are very pleased to announce that we now have a fully equipped reformer/apparatus studio in Reigate, allowing small group reformer classes, as well as 1:1, 2:1 and small group apparatus sessions, whilst maintaining social distancing measures in line with current guidelines. This is in addition to our private studio adjoining our home in Redhill.
The Reigate studio is new for Autumn 2020 and we will post more information soon, initially we are running group reformer as listed below, but will add more sessions by demand; other times we will be teaching 1:1, 2:1 and small group studio sessions, please contact us for more information.

In addition to our Reigate studio, we can offer yo sessions in our home private studio is small but well equipped with the latest Pilates apparatus from STOTT PILATES. The studio is remote from our home, situated in a tranquil setting, ideal for focusing mind and body. There’s plenty of free onsite parking, so no worries about being late or missing your session due to not being able to park.
In the studio we teach various classes, from our popular Pre-course 1:1 session, where we start by examining your posture and explaining how and why you may need to change it. We then take you through the very basics of Pilates, getting you to understand the correct muscle recruitment required to really benefit from the exercises.
I found the 1:1 pre-course tuition invaluable. A real must for any beginner, it really helped me understand the principles behind Pilates so I will get so much more from my group classes. ……David T.
Private 1:1 or Shared 1:1 sessions: Some clients like to work 1:1 with an instructor to really focus on their technique. In our studio we have a full selection of Pilates apparatus (specialist Pilates machines), including reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels. The studio apparatus is ideal for those recovering form injury or surgery, but also ideal for those looking complement their sports specific training, as we can use spring resistance to to increase/decrease the exercise challenge, or help demonstrate how and where you need to focus your efforts. 1:1 sessions can be shared between two or three, friends or family.
Small Group Reformer: Group reformer is a great way of experiencing the studio work/apparatus at a more cost effective price; sessions are shared between three people. These sessions are new this autumn to Body-Torque, so we are currently offering trial sessions. After the October half term we will be running short courses, where we will group clients of similar level so that the groups can progress week on week.
