Quality of life through quality of movement

At Body-Torque Pilates we believe that everybody can benefit from improving their movement quality whatever their age or physical fitness level.

We teach Pilates Reformer and mat-work classes as well as studio apparatus sessions, 1:1 and small groups. We also offer live and interactive online tuition. In addition, we have a private studio at our home in Redhill where we also teach 1:1 and 2:1 sessions.

We have studied with some of the best in the industry and have experience in dealing with a broad range of clients, including those with specific health needs, including but not limited to; back problems, osteoporosis, hip/knee replacement, and neck/shoulder issues.

We offer a full timetable of classes at various levels so there should be a class and time to suit you.

As everybody’s needs and goals are different, we always prefer to talk to new clients prior to starting a course or 1:1 sessions with us, so please contact us for an informal chat and let us know how we can help you.

Summer holiday (August) Group Class Booking

Dates are now available to book for group classes running over the summer holiday period from 27th July through to 23rd August. Please note this is a reduced timetable, with some timing changes for some classes. Our normal timetable of 30 group classes weekly, will resume in September.

Our regular class timetable consists of 30 classes weekly (face to face or online), and with specific class levels to choose from, at various local venues, so there should be something to suit everyone.

Please note Reformer group classes are a maximum of four participants and are held at our home studio in Salfords, Redhill RH1 5JJ
