Booking Guidance

If you are interested in joining one of our group classes or attending some 1:1 sessions, it is best to contact us either by telephone on 01737 765335 or by e-mail to danielle@body-torque.co.uk, so that we can discuss your individual needs, ascertain your level of Pilates experience (if any), and also discuss any health issues that may affect your ability to perform certain movements.  This will enable us to guide you to the most appropriate class or if necessary, recommend you start with 1:1 tuition.

Group Pilates mat-work classes.

To book onto a group class (course): If booking with us for the first time you will need to download a Welcome Pack (click here) and complete and return the Registration form and PARQ (heath screening questionnaire) contained in the pack, prior to attending your first session.

To book onto a course: You can join a course/group class at anytime as long as we have spaces available (call us or email to check availability). To book simply download, complete and return the course booking form (links for the booking form in both word and pdf format are on our home page), select your preferred class day/time along with the dates you wish to attend, complete with your details and return to us (with your Registration form and health questionnaire found in the Welcome pack, if it’s your first course booking with us). You are entitled to omit dates of the course that you know in advance that you are unable to make, so you don’t have to pay for the whole course, just the dates you wish to attend. Payment can be cash or bank transfer (which is probably the easiest way, as once set up, future payments are simple).
Please note: you should also read and retain the copy of our Terms and Conditions (Contained in the Welcome Pack)  before signing and returning your paperwork, as by signing you are agreeing to be bound by them.

Studio sessions, group Reformer, and 1:1 sessions. 

To enquire or book, 1:1’s, studio or group reformer sessions please contact us in the office or email danielle@body-torque.co.uk. Sessions are available every day except Sundays. If you have not attended studio or group mat classes with us before you’ll need to download a Welcome Pack and complete the Registration Form and PARQ (heath screening questionnaire) contained in the pack, and either return to us or bring to your first session. You should also read and retain, a copy of our Terms and Conditions (contained in the Welcome pack), as by signing the registration form you’re are agreeing to them. Pre-course 1:1.
A  great introduction to Pilates; these sessions are a minimum of 1hr, but can stretch to 1:15, as we include a full postural assessment and cover relevant health history to assess you before recommending a personal course of action.

Prices:

Group  mat-work classes: £13:00 per class
Small Group Reformer Classes: £27 individually (maximum 4 participants)
Single 1:1:  £65.00 per session (at our Redhill studio).
Shared 2:1: £75.00 per session (Price is shared between two people at our Redhill studio).
Pre-course 1:1: £65

Discounts: Discounts are available on blocks of sessions:
1:1 Five sessions: £300 (equivalent to £60 per session)     
2:1 Five sessions: £350.00 (equivalent to £65 per session shared between two)

Cancellations: Clients who cancel a class with more than 24 hours’ notice will be entitled to do another class in lieu of the cancelled session; (subject to availability) These make up classes must be booked within four weeks of the cancelled class. Group classes, studio sessions, 1:1’s and group reformer classes, cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged as attended.
