Wednesday Pilates and metafit – do both for only £12.00 contact Rob for details

Just to say thanks to those who attended the classes this morning I really enjoyed teaching them and I hope you guys enjoyed it too.

The Wednesday morning Pilates is really picking up now and I think we’ve got a great atmosphere in the class now!

Meta-fit was also good this morning with some new clients attending for the first time, we all worked really hard, technique is looking good; we did “touching the wall” a tough programme with 5 pairs of exercises performed three times through, and then there was the “Finisher!”

More Meta-fit sessions tonight, so let me know if you’d like to give it a try! I’m thinking “Spartan Matrix” for tonight’s class?

Hope to see you in a class soon!!

Boost Your Running Fitness with Pilates

Hi, Just wanted to update you all regarding the Reigate half marathon; I’ve been talking to the organizers finding out about entering a Body-Torque Pilates team; seems that we can do this, so once I have more info I’ll pass it on.

In the mean time there’s no better way to supplement your running/fitness training than to attend Pilates sessions; you can either attend one of our 30+ group mat class or if you want to work more specifically, why not attend a few 1:1 sessions and work on the equipment in our Pilates Studio.

Hundred on the Reformer

If you feel you’re doing enough Pilates don’t forget Meta-fit interval training a great way to gain that fitness edge, short bursts of high intensity interval exercise, work at your own pace but work hard!

Mens Pilates in Reigate

Mens Pilates in Reigate

Hi just a quick reminder that we are still running Pilates classes for men in Reigate on Monday evenings.

These sessions focus on those areas that guys often neglect, or that suffer due to the stresses of work, i.e. neck, upper back and shoulders. But not only is Pilates great for de-stressing after a tough day in the office, but its also excellent to balance those repetitive movements of sporting activities such as golf or tennis (which includes second hand tennis rackets available for rent or sale) & squash, which are focused on one side of the body. If your sporting activity is more balanced you will still find the flexibility and postural awareness that Pilates promotes will enable you to feel freer in your joints and thereby allowing for a more fluid movement; watching England’s rugby performance against Wales, clearly demonstrates how important it is to be agile in the world of competitive sport, no matter how big or heavy you are.

If you’re interested in attending a class Please contact
